Qualifications

• We’re seeking a compassionate, diligent Clinical Social Worker with:
• Master’s degree in social work or social welfare.
• CA Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or license eligible.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Excellent communication, relationship building and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise with psychosocial assessments, clinical interventions, and treatment planning.
• Knowledge of Child Abuse, Elder and Dependent Adult Abuse, Neglect and Domestic Violence treatment, interventions, and reporting protocols.
• Commitment to patient- and family-centered care, and an understanding of cultural differences and diversity.
• Ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to participate in at least one area of specialized practice annually.
• Computer proficiency.
