Qualifications

• Active RN license in Maryland is required.
• ACLS certification or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire.
• Experience with IVs, phlebotomy and investigational product administration.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and FDA regulations, plus good documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as charge nurse during shifts, coordinate staff assignments and provide clinical oversight.
• Guide participants through study protocols and explain procedures for compliance and comfort.
• Manage informed consent from enrollment through study completion per ICH/FDA regulations.
• Perform protocol-specific procedures including IVs, phlebotomy, ECGs, and vital signs.
• Monitor participant safety, assess adverse events and maintain accurate documentation.
• Ensure protocol compliance and contribute to quality assurance efforts.
• Collaborate with physicians and study teams to provide high-quality subject care.
• Mentor Research Associates and Phlebotomists during shifts.
