Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with NY state license.

• BLS, NRP, ACLS and PALS certifications required or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Delivers patient care using the nursing process and Relationship Centered Care.
• Assesses patient needs and contributes to care planning with the team.
• Educates patients and families about their plan of care and transition of care.
