Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Registered Nurse with oncology/education experience to support healthcare professionals through clinical education. The educator travels nationally on an as-needed basis and works 2+ days per week, delivering high-quality, evidence-based instruction.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of clinical education experience, Urology/OR exposure, and comfort with mobile health tools. Strong communication and adaptability are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• Urology and OR/Procedural experience strongly preferred.
• Minimum two years clinical or related experience in clinical education.
• Available to work 2+ days/week providing clinical education to HCPs.
• Overnight travel nationwide.
• Flexibility to complete assignments with minimal notice.
• Comfort with personal technologies such as iPhone, apps, and health portals.
• Good communication skills and flexibility required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain product and technical knowledge relevant to the represented products and labeling.
• Attend and complete assigned training programs.
• Provide field written reports, documentation and feedback promptly and comprehensively as required.
• Maintain any equipment provided by Client; reasonable wear and tear accepted.
• Expense reporting, travel hours, dress code and communications with supervisors per agreed Business Rules.

Job Qualifications

• Ability for overnight travel (national)
• Flexibility to accept and complete assignments with minimal notice
• Comfort with personal technologies such as iPhone, apps, and health portals
• Good communication skills and flexibility required

Activities

• CNEs shall conduct HCP education on the preparation and administration of an oncology medication. The services provided by the CNE shall only be for uses consistent with current labeling on the Product.
• Work on an "as needed" basis.

Compensation

• $50/hr work & travel
