The Clinical Training Manager will deliver industry leading training and develop strategies to increase learning effectiveness within the scope of services of Syneos Health and client teams. Reporting into the National Program Director, this position requires high-initiative; as this individual will create, define and drive learning strategy, to lead the approach for training and deliver expected outcomes. This individual will design specific training programs and provide oversight of content development, learning effectiveness and demonstrate process efficiency while interacting and training high-level clinical professionals, internal stakeholders and client groups. This role is a critical part of a talented team and will promote best-in-class performance of people and drive an enterprise culture of continuous learning.
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $127,500. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
