Nuvem Rx Pharmacy Management is seeking a dedicated pharmacist to serve as a per-diem/Full Time Pharmacy Technician in Allentown, PA, coordinating operations at an FQHC site and supporting the pharmacy manager.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, education on medications, and collaboration with clinic staff to ensure regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and efficient workflow across the pharmacy team.

Qualifications

• Provide education to patients on medications.
• Manage staff pharmacists and technicians; address knowledge gaps via training.
• Oversight of pharmacy operations, including practice standards, regulatory compliance, QA and customer service.
• Inventory management and workflow optimization.
• Stay current with HIPAA and fraud waste/abuse credentialing.
• Comply with all applicable legal rules, regulations, and procedures.
• Ensure pharmacy and staff comply with federal, state and local laws; align with local facility policies.
