RFK Community Alliance in Lancaster, MA is seeking a Per-Diem (CDC) Teacher's Aide to support the Child Development Center. The role is part-time and involves partnering with the classroom teacher to foster students' academic, social, and emotional growth.

Responsibilities include assisting in creating an age-appropriate curriculum aligned with CDC and NAEYC guidelines and incorporating TEACH Principles into daily activities to nurture learning and development.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• EEC Teacher certified preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsabilidades

• Help create a developmentally appropriate curriculum per CDC and NAEYC guidelines.
