Job summary

Lutheran Senior LIFE in Hoboken is hiring per diem, as needed Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA) to care for participants in the home. This position offers flexible scheduling with an hourly rate of $18.92.

Under the supervision of the Home Care Coordinator/Registered Nurse, you will assist participants with health-related tasks per their care plan, maintain safety, and communicate openly with the care team and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CHHA license in New Jersey required.
• Valid driver's license with proof of insurance required.
• Immunizations up-to-date as per policy.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants in their homes per individualized care plans.
• Maintain safety and report changes to the care team.
• Provide compassionate, respectful care and clear communication with patients and families.
