Job summary

Lutheran Senior LIFE in Jersey City, NJ is hiring per diem Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA). You will assist elderly participants at home under the supervision of a Home Care Coordinator/Registered Nurse, following individualized care plans and maintaining quality, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified Home Health Aide License — New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the Home Care Coordinator/ RN, assists participants at home with health-related tasks per the care plan.
• Provides compassionate in-home care to elderly participants to support health and well-being.
• Maintains professional boundaries and records as required.
