The Village at Meadowbrook in New Jersey is seeking a compassionate caregiver to assist residents in the Assisted Living Program with daily living activities, preserving dignity and quality of life. This position reports to the Wellness Director.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, grooming, transferring, eating, toileting, and mobility, following resident plans, and providing emotional support while maintaining documentation and safety standards. CNA/CHHA preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent
• CNA or CHHA may be required or preferred based on role

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, eating, toileting, locomotion, and other activities of daily living.
• Follow residents' service plans to provide care.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Adhere to documentation standards and inform supervisor of issues.
• Respect resident rights and safety; know emergency equipment and procedures.
