Job summary

CVHCare is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our Home Health Care Agency in San Ramon, CA. This per diem role involves working under supervision to provide skilled services and assist with activities of daily living.

You will perform checks of temperature, pulse, and respiration, assist with prescribed exercises, and help with bed mobility, dressing, grooming, and light housekeeping. Schedule: Per Diem (12 visits per week), with non-traditional options such as Thursday-Monday.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year as a CHHA and ability to document vitals.
• CHHA certification and CPR certification required.
• Proficient with computers and standard software tools.

Responsibilities

• Check vitals and report/document under clinician supervision.
• Assist with activities of daily living and exercises per plan of care.
• Support transfers, mobility, grooming, feeding and light housekeeping.
