NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital’s Columbia/NewYork-Presbyterian Advanced Imaging (CNYPAI) invites applications for a per diem CT Technologist in outpatient imaging. You will perform CT examinations on Siemens equipment, contributing to accurate diagnosis in a collaborative, high-quality setting.

The ideal candidate holds a NY State Radiology license, ARRT in Radiography and CT, BLS, and at least 1 year of CT experience, with graduation from an accredited Radiology program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Graduation from an accredited Radiology program.
• New York State Radiology license in Radiography and certification to inject contrast media.
• ARRT certification in Radiography (R) and Computed Tomography (CT).
• Must maintain continuing education and renewal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT examinations using state-of-the-art Siemens imaging equipment.
• Produce high-quality diagnostic images in a collaborative outpatient setting.
• Support accurate diagnosis and patient-centered care while maintaining safety and quality.
• Adapt to shift variations and contribute to research and clinical excellence.

Per Diem Certified CT Technologist - Outpatient Imaging Location: 722 West 168th St, New York, NY 10032 Join a leading outpatient imaging team where advanced technology, clinical excellence, and patient-centered care come together. As a CT Technologist, you will perform a variety of CT examinations using state-of-the-art Siemens imaging equipment in a collaborative, high-quality outpatient environment. Your expertise will directly support accurate diagnosis, treatment planning, and innovative research, while helping patients receive the answers and care they need. Schedule: This is a per diem position - shifts will vary.

Required Criteria

• High School Diploma or GED
• Graduate of an accredited Radiology program
• New York State Radiology license in Radiography and certified by New York State to inject contrast media
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiography (R) and Computed Tomography (CT)
• Must maintain all required continuing education and renewal requirements for New York State and ARRT/NMTCB credentials.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Minimum one year of experience in CT

Preferred Criteria

• Proficiency with EMR, RIS, HIS, PACS, and modality-specific software
• Previous relevant experience in research
• Prior experience with Siemens equipment
