Seaton Senior Living is hiring a Care Giver to join our team. The Care Giver provides hands-on care and emotional support to residents in a safe, home-like environment, promoting dignity and independence.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas, assisting with activities of daily living, and engaging residents in life skills and enrichment activities, with emphasis on compassionate, customer-service oriented care.

Formación

• Certified Nurse's Aide certification preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Experience with seniors preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Residents and co-workers.
• Superior customer service skills and ability to handle priorities.

• Helping residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and physical safety of each resident
• Participating and assisting residents with activities of daily living (i.e. bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating) as instructed
• Engaging residents in life skills and other life enrichment activities

• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Must demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills
