Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Per Diem Ultrasound Technologist who will float between Mercy facilities to perform ultrasound imaging in support of diagnosis and treatment. The role emphasizes patient safety, high-quality imaging, and teamwork with clinicians.

Base rate is $45.00 per hour with a W-2 employment model and flexible scheduling. Applicants should be graduates of an accredited sonography program, have at least one year of experience, hold ARDMS/ARRT/CCI registries and BLS, and may require state

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Sonography with required clinical hours
• Minimum 1 year of relevant ultrasound experience
• 2 registries with ARDMS/ARRT/CCI and BLS
• State licensure may be required depending on state of practice

Responsibilities

• Operate ultrasound imaging equipment and software to assist diagnosis and treatment
• Ensure patient safety and maintain high-quality imaging standards
• Collaborate with patients and healthcare professionals to provide optimal care
• Float between Mercy facilities as needed
