Job summary

Mass General Brigham's Brigham and Women's Hospital is seeking a Staff Nurse for the Cardiac Surgery ICU on a per-diem basis in Boston. The RN will plan and provide comprehensive patient care for assigned cardiac surgery ICU patients in accordance with Nursing Standards of Care, with emphasis on complex cases.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of current Cardiac Surgery ICU experience with VAD, IABP, Centri-mag, CRRT.

Responsibilities

• Plan and provide patient care for assigned cardiac ICU patients in accordance with Nursing Standards of Care.
• Demonstrate initiative, assess, plan, implement and evaluate care; manage patients under stress with effective communication and teamwork.
