ProMedica Toledo Hospital is seeking a Registered Cardiac Sonographer to perform cardiac imaging and non-invasive cardiology procedures, including EKGs and stress testing. The role includes after-hours on-call echoes/TEE and involvement in structural heart workups with monitoring devices.

You will also educate and support technologists, students, and hospital staff while contributing to a comprehensive cardiovascular service line.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree in Cardiovascular Technology with a focus in cardiac imaging and/or 2 years' experience in echocardiology.
• Must be a registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer or registry eligible through ARDMS or CCI, or must pass exam within one year or obtain approved extension from department leader and HR BLS.

Aufgaben

• Perform cardiac imaging and non-invasive cardiology procedures, including EKGs and cardiac stress testing.
• On-call for echoes and transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) after hours as needed.
• Perform structural heart procedures and process holter/event monitors.
• Know imaging during use of critical device interventions such as Impella and Angiovac.
• Serve as a resource for other technologists, students, and hospital staff.
