Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare discipline is required.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced roles.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver simulation-based educational programs for behavioral health emergencies.
• Lead structured debriefings to promote learning and performance improvement.
• Deliver programs in accordance with clinical/educational standards and adapt to client needs.
• Collaborate with customer teams and Accelerate operations to ensure successful delivery.
