Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a per diem role in California. We offer flexible hours, competitive hourly pay, clinical autonomy, and opportunities across in-person, remote, and hybrid settings.

As a Per Diem BCBA, you will conduct assessments, develop and supervise treatment plans, provide supervision to RBTs and BCaBAs, analyze data, and collaborate with families and schools to achieve meaningful client outcomes while maintaining compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate.
• Active state licensure where applicable.
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation when in-person services are required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to identify client needs and guide treatment.
• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision, parent training, and ongoing guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Analyze behavioral data and make clinically appropriate programming adjustments.
• Monitor client progress and ensure treatment remains effective and individualized.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary professionals.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation.
• Ensure services remain compliant with BACB, payer, HIPAA, and applicable state requirements.
• Deliver ethical, compassionate, and high-quality ABA services.
