Job summary

A leading legal services provider in New York is seeking per diem attorneys to represent clients in various legal matters. This role allows for flexible scheduling and the opportunity to supplement income for solo or part-time attorneys. Ideal candidates will have at least three years of court experience and should be admitted to practice law in New York and/or New Jersey. Responsibilities include attending courts and legal proceedings throughout New York and New Jersey.

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice law as an attorney with good standing in New York and/or New Jersey.
• At least 3 years of legal experience appearing in court/on depositions subsequent to bar admission.
• Experience handling 50+ court appearances is required.

Responsibilities

• Appear on behalf of attorney clients providing of-counsel representation.
• Attend various legal proceedings including conferences, motions, hearings, and depositions.
