Job summary

Baystate Health in Greenfield, MA seeks a Board Certified/Board Eligible Anesthesiologist to join Baystate Franklin Medical Center. Per diem, with pre-established call and scheduling, offering autonomy within a collaborative team and access to academic resources as part of the Baystate system.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesiology care across a broad case mix including general surgery, orthopedics, OB and endoscopy
• Maintain autonomy with access to tertiary care and subspecialty consultation within the Baystate system
• Collaborate with CRNAs and anesthesiology colleagues in a supportive, collegial team environment

Compensation: $530,000-600,000

• The compensation ranges in the table below represent the base salaries for all positions at a given grade across the health system. Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries may vary by position and will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience. No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range. Pay ranges are listed as hourly for non-exempt employees and based on assumed full-time commitment for exempt employees.

Qualifications: Completion of an ACGME-accredited Anesthesiology residency (or anticipated completion). Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology. Eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure.
