Job summary

MaineHealth in Biddeford, ME seeks a per diem Registered Nurse for its Ambulatory Practice Float Pool. You will care for patients across multiple outpatient practices with 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, enabling evenings, weekends, and holidays off.

The role focuses on expanding clinical expertise while building relationships with interdisciplinary teams in a patient-centered environment. RN with 1 year experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• License/Certifications: Current RN license in applicable state; BLS required or within 30 days of start.
• Experience: One year of recent RN experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to patients and families via assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Support physicians/advanced practice practitioners in delivering excellent ambulatory care.
• Coordinate care across multiple outpatient practices and interdisciplinary teams.
