NYU Langone Health seeks an Ambulatory Care Nurse for per diem coverage. You will support nursing practice, implement clinical policies, and participate in quality improvement activities across ambulatory sites.

The role requires current NY RN licensure, a BSN (ADN acceptable with approval), and ability to work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care and education.

Qualifikationen

• Current Registered Nurse license in New York.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; ADN may be approved with leadership approval.
• ACLS certification preferred; experience in psychiatric nursing and med/surg is beneficial.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families and colleagues.

Aufgaben

• Perform nursing assessments, administer medications and treatments per plan.
• Provide IV therapy, vaccines, wound care and triage for clinical concerns.
• Collect patient data, document in electronic health records and coordinate care.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and staff to implement patient care plans.
