Qualifications

• Baccalaureate degree in Nursing required; ADN may be approved with conditions.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience in applicable area.
• Current NY Registered Nurse license.
• BLS certification; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests.
• Record patient health history in the EHR.
• Provide information and education to patients and families about results and treatments.
• Administer medications and comprehensive wound care; perform patient triage.
• Assess and monitor patient responses to treatments and procedures.
• Consult with supervisors and licensed providers to determine treatment plans.
• Direct, supervise, and delegate to LPNs and medical assistants.
• Support coordination and implementation of nursing practice and clinical policies.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and ensure clinical compliance.

What You'll Do
