CPMC-California Pacific Med Center Van Ness, part of Sutter Health, is seeking a Per Diem/Casual Registered Nurse to assess, coordinate, deliver, and evaluate nursing care in an acute setting. Responsibilities include patient education, care transitions, and collaboration with physicians and the care team.

RN licensure and BLS are required; 2 years of relevant experience preferred, with surgery exposure as a plus. Pay ranges from $87.46 to $118.34 per hour.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; RN license in the state of practice.
• RN license evidences completion of a RN program and BLS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent relevant nursing experience.
• Preferred experience in Surgery.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, coordinate, deliver and evaluate nursing care in an acute setting.
• Provide direct patient care and educate patients and families.
• Develop and coordinate a care plan that includes psychosocial and cultural factors.
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team for timely communication.
• Ensure patient PHI privacy and adhere to policies and laws.
• Maintain compliance with safety, privacy, and regulatory standards.
