Northwood Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Lowell is seeking per diem Activities Assistants to join our fun and creative recreation team. You will help coordinate and run events and activities, build relationships with residents, and tailor programming to their interests.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and run events and activities programming.
• Build relationships with residents and tailor programming to their interests.
• Organize group and individual programming.
• Generate ideas to engage residents and encourage participation.
• Encourage activities supporting residents’ physical, mental, social, and spiritual well‑being.
• Document and report any significant findings and events.
