East Penn Manufacturing is seeking a dedicated Occupational Health Nurse (RN) to join our on-site Medical Center team on a per diem basis. This 2nd shift opportunity offers flexible scheduling, typically between 11:00 AM and 11:00 PM, to support employee health, safety, wellness, and regulatory compliance in a manufacturing environment.

• Current and valid Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the on-site Medical Center during assigned shift.
• Conduct physical assessments of injured or ill employees and determine the appropriate course of action.
• Coordinate medical treatment and referrals with physicians and outside healthcare providers when necessary.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor employee health concerns and provide education on workplace health and wellness initiatives.
• Remain current on OSHA regulations, DOT requirements, and applicable federal and state health standards.
• Assist in developing and updating occupational health procedures, protocols, and programs.
• Maintain awareness of workplace conditions, environmental hazards, and job-related health risks.
• Communicate health, safety, and wellness concerns to management and employees as appropriate.
• Support company initiatives focused on injury prevention, employee well-being, and regulatory compliance.
• Respond to workplace medical emergencies and provide first aid or emergency care as needed.
