Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry with 0 to 4 years of peptide-related industry experience.
• Strong chromatography knowledge and proven ability to develop, troubleshoot, and improve methods across UHPLC, GC, IC, etc.
• Highly autonomous and productive in performing laboratory research or method development with minimal supervision.
• Strong technical background in analytical chemistry and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with forced degradation, impurity tracking, and stability requirements for peptide products.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analytical aspects of a project including method development, validation, control strategy, data generation, and regulatory submission contributions.
• Leverage experience in analytical techniques relevant to peptide product development including MS, chromatography, and amino acid analysis.
• Understand and apply advanced analytical techniques to generate extended characterization data packages for regulatory support.
• Build deep knowledge of API processes to implement analytical controls and testing.
• Formulate conclusions and design follow-on experiments based on multidisciplinary data.
