Job Description

Primary Location: Pendleton, Oregon

Merchandiser:

Displays beverage merchandise on shelves, showcases, and on the sales floor of retail stores by performing the following duties:

• Valid Driver's License required.
• Must be able to lift 70 LB.
• Arranges products according to prearranged plans or management-approved ideas.
• Places price and descriptive signs on backdrops, fixtures, merchandise, or floors.
• Transfers products from customer stock rooms to floor displays to comply with "Sell By" dates, maximize store inventory, and minimize stock room stock.
• Orders products for assigned accounts following established procedures to avoid out-of-stock situations.
• Generates display ideas or follows suggestions and schedules from the Merchandiser Manager and Sales Manager.
• Communicates effectively daily with key store personnel regarding service or product needs.
• Constructs or assembles display aids from company-provided Point of Sale (POS) materials.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Effective presentation skills in one-on-one and small group settings.
• Basic math skills, including interpreting rates, ratios, percentages, and graphs.
• Ability to understand and follow written, oral, or diagram instructions.
• Problem-solving skills involving concrete variables in standardized situations.

Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations

Must meet company driver qualifications and insurance requirements.

Physical Demands
