Job Description

Primary Location: La Grande, Oregon

Role: Displays beverage merchandise on shelves, showcases, and on the sales floor of retail stores by performing the following duties:

1. Valid Driver's license required.
2. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. unassisted.
3. Arranges products according to prearranged plans or management-approved ideas.
4. Places price and descriptive signs on backdrops, fixtures, merchandise, or floors.
5. Transfers products from customer stock rooms to floor displays to comply with "Sell By" dates, maximize store inventory, and minimize stockroom stock.
6. Orders products for assigned accounts following established procedures to avoid out-of-stock conditions.
7. Generates display ideas or follows suggestions from Merchandiser Manager and Sales Manager.
8. Communicates effectively daily with key store personnel regarding service or product needs.
9. Constructs or assembles display aids from company-provided Point of Sale (POS) materials.
10. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Starting at $17.00 + Mileage

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and understand simple instructions, memos, and short correspondence.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and effectively present information to small groups.
• Basic math skills including understanding of rate, ratio, percent, and graphs.
• Ability to understand and carry out written, oral, or diagram instructions.
• Problem-solving skills involving concrete variables in standardized situations.

Certificates and Licenses

Must meet company driver qualifications.

Physical Demands
