We are seeking to expand our Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) – Real Estate team. With over 4,500 professionals across 40 locations worldwide, our firm excels in problem solving and value creation, working closely with organizations and stakeholders to maximize value.

Role Overview

The PEPI practice focuses on serving upper middle market and large cap private equity firms with portfolio companies valued from $50 million to over $1 billion. Our services include due diligence, merger integration, carve-outs, transition planning, and operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex client engagements involving real estate solutions for private equity clients and their portfolio companies.
• Conduct pre-acquisition real estate diligence, merger integration, carve-out execution, and post-deal planning.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of consulting or real estate experience, with at least five years in operational due diligence, merger integration, or business transformation.
• Experience working with private equity sponsors or portfolio companies.
• Knowledge of multiple real estate asset classes.
• Audit, internal audit, or accounting background preferred.
• Deep expertise in business transformation, property management, asset management, or real estate finance.
• Proven ability to work with business leaders and develop junior staff.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; willingness to travel at least 75% of the time.

Additional Information
