PEPI - CFO Services – Director (Financial Reporting Advisory)

OVERVIEW: As above, with emphasis on advising clients on complex accounting standards, preparing financial reports, investigating financial volatility, guiding IPO readiness, and managing working capital disputes.

PROFESSIONAL EXPECTATIONS:

Data Collection, Validation and Analysis

• Guide team in information gathering and stakeholder interviews
• Identify knowledge gaps and challenge assumptions
• Assess business challenges and financial processes

Project Management and Implementation

• Own workstreams, set realistic timelines, and communicate expectations
