Director, CFO Services - (Digital Finance)

Our goal is to improve transparency, support increasing cash flow and EBITDA, and involve ourselves in clients' operations to ensure credible plans and successful execution.

Role: PEPI CFO Services Director, Digital Finance

Professional Expectations:

• Expertise in Digital Finance Transformation with proven implementation experience
• Track record in assessing finance and accounting functions, implementing digital technologies like RPA, Finance Analytics, NLG, and predictive forecasting models
• Experience in process improvement and automation within finance & accounting
• Knowledge of digital finance tools and vendors
• Experience implementing digital tools for finance in large public companies or PE-owned portfolio companies
• Proficiency in building predictive forecasting models

Scope Development:

• Engage with clients to gather information
• Facilitate interviews and data collection
• Define analyses to test assumptions
• Identify business drivers using industry knowledge
• Develop project frameworks and actionable conclusions
• Lead project components and smaller projects independently
• Manage client expectations and mitigate risks
• Create actionable plans and lead workstreams
• Design initiatives to improve EBITDA and organizational structure

• Over 12 years in finance, accounting, due diligence, restructuring, investment banking, or private equity
• Proficiency in financial modeling, data analytics, and presentation skills
• CPA, CFA, MBA, or Master's Degree preferred but not required
