Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Technical Developer for a fully remote role in the United States. You will design, develop, and support customizations, integrations, and enhancements across HCM, FSCM, and Campus Solutions.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of PeopleSoft development experience with PeopleTools, Application Designer, and PeopleCode, plus hands-on work with Application Engine, Integration Broker, and BI Publisher.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of PeopleSoft technical development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with PeopleTools, Application Designer, and PeopleCode.
• Solid experience with Application Engine, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker.
• Hands-on experience with SQR and BI Publisher.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with the PeopleSoft data model.
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions data structures.
• Experience supporting PeopleSoft upgrades and patches.
• Working knowledge of Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
• Preferred: PeopleSoft certifications; Oracle Cloud HCM/ERP integration; Fluid UI exposure; Oracle DBA fundamentals; OIC for PeopleSoft integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support customizations, integrations, and enhancements for enterprise PeopleSoft applications including HCM, FSCM, and Campus Solutions.
• Own the technical implementation of business requirements and ensure that all custom developments meet enterprise standards for quality, security, and maintainability.
• Partner closely with functional consultants to deliver robust, scalable solutions.
• Maintain documentation and support readiness for upgrades and patches.
• Contribute to best-practice coding standards and code reviews.
