Job summary

Synechron is seeking a Lead PeopleSoft Developer to guide design, development, and support of PeopleSoft applications in a large enterprise. You will architect solutions, mentor teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business needs into reliable systems.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in PeopleSoft development and support.
Strong experience with PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, Component Interfaces, and SQR.
Expertise in PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions modules.
Experience with REST/SOAP web services and API integrations.
Strong SQL and Oracle database development skills.
Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades, PUM updates, and migrations.
Knowledge of Application Packages, Fluid UI, and Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience leading teams and mentoring developers.

Responsibilities

Architect and design supportable technical solutions for complex business requirements.
Develop customizations for projects and production enhancements using PeopleSoft tools.
Provide support and maintenance of existing customizations and functionality.
Triage and debug issues, identify root causes and corrective actions.
