Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Tech Lead to deliver upgrades within PeopleSoft and PeopleTools, with emphasis on Financials modules (AP, AR, Billing, GL) and system integrations. Hybrid work in Raleigh, NC or Charlotte, NC.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT Application Analyst with PeopleSoft/PeopleTools upgrades.
• Extensive PeopleSoft Financials across AP, AR, Billing, GL with integrations.
• Strong technical leadership and cross-team collaboration.
• Experience with finance tools, batch scheduling, MSP environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver upgraded capabilities within PeopleSoft/PeopleTools, focusing on Financials and integrations.
• Lead troubleshooting and guide design, development, and implementation across platforms.
• Communicate status, issues, and changes to IT management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with vendors for projects, support, and break-fix activities.
• Coach and mentor IT analysts and lead portfolio-level decisions.
