We are seeking experienced PeopleSoft HCM Developers to support the PeopleSoft HCM ERP environment within Technology Delivery Services (TDS).
These positions will focus on Workforce Administration (WFA), Talent Acquisition Management (TAM), and ePerformance. Developers will design, develop, enhance, integrate, troubleshoot, and provide production support for complex PeopleSoft HCM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in PeopleSoft HCM development activities, primarily supporting Workforce Administration, Talent Acquisition Management, and ePerformance.
- Design, develop, test, debug, deploy, and maintain complex PeopleSoft solutions and enhancements.
- Apply PeopleSoft development best practices to deliver high-quality, defect-free enhancements.
- Collaborate with developers, subject matter experts, business stakeholders, and technical teams to define and implement solutions.
- Analyze complex business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain Application Engine programs, Component Interfaces, Fluid pages, Integration Broker services, and custom reports.
- Develop and maintain integrations and data services across PeopleSoft and related systems.
- Work with the PeopleSoft HCM data model to analyze data and develop effective solutions.
- Provide advanced production support, including troubleshooting system defects, analyzing data, resolving recurring issues, and supporting customers directly.
- Participate in support rotations and provide on-call support as needed.
- Perform root cause analysis, issue triage, problem resolution, and escalation for complex production issues.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including technical design specifications, test plans, implementation plans, and system documentation.
- Support system conversions, implementations, configuration strategy, and object migration activities.
- Ensure development and security practices align with enterprise and PeopleSoft standards.
Required Qualifications & Technical Skills
- 7+ years of PeopleSoft HCM 9.x development experience.
- Extensive experience working on at least two large-scale PeopleSoft HCM implementations involving large user populations and multiple locations.
- Advanced hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM Workforce Administration (WFA), Talent Acquisition Management (TAM), and/or ePerformance.
- Strong understanding of the PeopleSoft HCM data model.
- Advanced experience with PeopleSoft development tools, technologies, and integration methods.
- Strong Application Engine and SQL development skills.
- Experience with Oracle databases and PL/SQL.
- Experience with PeopleSoft Integration Broker and data integration.
- Experience developing Component Interfaces, Fluid pages, and custom reports.
- Hands-on experience with one or more of the following:
- Tiles
- Related Content
- Event Mapping
- Page and Field Configurator
- Experience with BI Publisher.
- Experience developing conversion and system implementation plans.
- Proven experience creating technical design specifications and test plans.
- Experience with configuration strategy, development standards, and object migration using STAT and/or PHIRE.
- Ability to understand complex functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Strong understanding of how system changes affect related systems, users, interfaces, and business processes.
