Astute Business Solutions is an Oracle Cloud partner and PeopleSoft, Oracle EBS, and Banner consulting firm based in Dublin, CA. Astute is currently looking to hire a PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM Developer

Job Title: PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM Developer

Duration: Full-Time (5-year contract)

Only U.S. citizens will qualify for this position. No security clearance required.

Scope of Work

• Identify and troubleshoot bug fixes, defects, and configuration issues.

• Provide knowledge, recommendations, and resolutions on PeopleSoft technical issues.

• Works with Functional Analysts in design, development, testing, documentation, and maintenance of Peoplesoft customizations.

• Code and unit tests for PeopleSoft customizations.

• Migrate projects/objects from development to test.

• Prepare production migration requests with all supporting information for the move to the production environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• 8 years' expert experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM in a development or some functional consultant role.

• 6 years expert experience in PeopleSoft tools 8.59 and later, Application Designer, Application Engine, People Code, SQR, BI/XML Publisher, Integration Broker, PS Query reporting, Security configuration, AWE, CI, and Process Scheduler.

• Ability to provide expert customer service.

Preferred Skills, Experience, and Capabilities:

• PeopleSoft upgrades and testing.

• PeopleSoft selective adoption process.

• PeopleSoft production support, troubleshooting, testing, and resolutions.

• Expert-level knowledge of the following:

  • SDLC methodology and processes.

  • SQL.

  • Oracle 19C databases.

  • REST-based webservers.

  • App Designer.

  • SQR.

  • AWE.

  • PeopleCode.

Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's in Computer Science & Engineering or Equivalent Degree.
