Job summary

DIRECTV is seeking a Summer Intern for the People & Transformation team to support case management, analysis and reporting or end-to-end project management. The 10-week remote internship offers exposure to employee engagement programs and compliance initiatives.

Open to undergrads and master's candidates; strong communication, Excel/M365, data visualization, and ability to manage trackers. Pay is $20–$28 per hour; program dates in June–August; fully remote in the United States.

Qualifications

• Open to all undergraduate and master’s candidates; emphasis in Organization Management, Human Resources, Project Management, Analytics, or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Experience with data visualization or reporting tools.
• Ability to support projects by maintaining trackers and coordinating follow-up in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to research unfamiliar topics, evaluate information from multiple sources, identify gaps or trends, and summarize findings.
• Comfort working with data and AI tools, including checking quality, preparing basic analyses, and developing reports.
• Professional communication skills and the confidence to ask questions and share recommendations.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple assignments with guidance.

Program Details

• Duration: 10-week remote internship (This is a remote position that can be located anywhere in the United States.)
• Program Dates: 6/7/27 - 8/13/27 or 6/14/27 - 8/20/27
• Eligibility: Must have full U.S. work authorization now and in the future
• This position can earn $20 - $28 per hour, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at DIRECTV offers. (Undergrad $20 per hour; Grad $28 per hour.)
