Job summary

DIRECTV is seeking a Summer Intern to dive into corporate communications, project management, and event logistics. This 10-week remote internship offers hands-on experience across campaigns, content creation, and cross-functional collaboration with leaders.

You will support internal campaigns, plan employee events, craft engaging content, analyze processes, and contribute to high-impact projects. Open to Communications majors or related fields with strong Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, and Canva skills.

Qualifications

• Communications majors preferred but open to related fields.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

In this role, you may work on:

Who We're Looking for

• Communications majors preferred but open to Business Administration, Business Management, Operations, Public Relations and Marketing

• Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, PDF and Canva

• Project Management experience

• Strong and confident communication skills, both written and verbal

• Comfortable speaking with and presenting to leaders

• A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a desire to learn and grow

• Demonstrated success collaborating cross functionally in a virtual environment

• Organized and can effectively prioritize across teams

• Critical/strategic thinker and problem solver with a strong attention to detail

Program Details

• Duration: 10-week remote internship (This is a virtual position that can be located anywhere in the United States.)

• Program Dates: 6/7/27 - 8/13/27 or 6/14/27 - 8/20/27

• Eligibility: Must have full U.S. work authorization now and in the future

• This position can earn $20 - $28 per hour, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at DIRECTV offers. (Undergrad $20 per hour; Grad $28 per hour.)
