Job summary

DIRECTV's Summer Intern program in People & Transformation offers hands-on exposure to case management, analysis and reporting, and end-to-end project management within a fast-paced media organization.

You'll collaborate cross-functionally, gain experience with data visualization and Microsoft 365, maintain trackers, summarize findings, and support compliance, employee engagement, and business continuity for a 10-week remote internship with start dates in early June.

Qualifications

• Open to undergraduates and master’s candidates; emphasis in Organization Management, Human Resources, Project Management, Analytics, Legal Studies, Public Policy, Risk Management, Consulting or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Experience with data visualization or reporting tools.
• Ability to support projects by maintaining trackers and coordinating follow-up in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to research unfamiliar topics, evaluate information from multiple sources, identify gaps or trends, and summarize findings.
• Comfort working with data and artificial intelligence tools, including checking quality, preparing basic analyses, and developing reports.
• Professional communication skills and the confidence to ask thoughtful questions, seek clarification, and share well-supported recommendations.

Program Details

• Duration: 10-week remote internship (This is a remote position that can be located anywhere in the United States.)
• Program Dates: 6/7/27 - 8/13/27 or 6/14/27 - 8/20/27
• Eligibility: Must have full U.S. work authorization now and in the future
• This position can earn $20 - $28 per hour, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at DIRECTV offers. (Undergrad $20 per hour; Grad $28 per hour.)
