Futurice GmbH is seeking a People & Talent Partner to support the Head of People and enhance their inclusive, high-performing culture. This role involves hands-on recruitment, people operations, and initiatives to foster an engaging workplace, along with delivering learning and development activities.
As a People & Talent Partner, you’ll play a vital role supporting the Head of People and wider Operations team to build an inclusive, high-performing culture. You’ll work across the full employee lifecycle, providing hands-on support in recruitment, people operations, and culture-building initiatives.

During the initial interview round, we will discuss the salary range for this position. We offer a fixed salary with the possibility of company performance-based bonuses and additional benefits.
