Target is seeking a Human Resources Expert to support guest-focused HR operations on-site in our Castle Rock store. You will contribute to recruiting, scheduling, training, and resolving guest and team member needs with a friendly, proactive approach.

This role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment. Training will cover scheduling systems, pay practices, and compliance across the store.
