Acne Studios is seeking a People & TA Coordinator to support the daily operations of our People Department, reporting directly to the Head of People, North America, based in our New York City office. You will assist with talent acquisition and recruitment, providing administrative support across People topics and supporting the retail teams on People topics.

Qualifications

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or similar.
• Experience in HR, recruitment, or the fashion industry is a plus.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Assist with talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
• Provide administrative support across various People topics.
• Support retail teams on People related topics.
• Craft job ads that reflect our brand and attract top talent.
• Coordinate interviews and keep the recruitment process running smoothly.
• Build strong talent pipelines and assist with sourcing.
• Keep People systems sharp and accurate.
• Support onboarding and People administration to make every employee feel welcome.
