SPB Hospitality is seeking a People Services Specialist to provide operational and administrative support across employee lifecycle processes, HRIS administration, payroll support, and compliance. This role serves as a central point of contact for employees, managers, and business partners, ensuring accurate records and excellent service.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational and administrative support across employee lifecycle processes, HRIS administration, payroll support, employment compliance, onboarding, workforce data management, and employee services.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for employees, managers, and business partners, ensuring accurate employee records, regulatory compliance, and exceptional customer service.
  • Assist with onboarding, HR data management, and payroll support to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Support compliance initiatives and maintain employee records in systems with a focus on data privacy.
  • Collaborate with Operations and other teams to help our restaurants and people succeed.
  • Demonstrate a proactive, dependable approach and uphold confidentiality across all HR processes.

Job Description:

The People Services Specialist provides operational and administrative support across employee lifecycle processes, HRIS administration, payroll support, employment compliance, onboarding, workforce data management, and employee services. This role serves as a central point of contact for employees, managers, and business partners, ensuring accurate employee records, regulatory compliance, exceptional customer service, and efficient execution of People Services processes.
