Job summary

Team Select Home Care is seeking a People Services Specialist to support the branch workforce by ensuring employment processes, documentation, and administrative tasks are executed accurately and on time.

You will manage onboarding, I-9s, E-Verify, personnel records, and system updates (Workday, EMR, L&D), and serve as a resource for employees and managers on policy and benefits. This role emphasizes compliance, confidentiality, and professional communication.

Qualifications

• Requires strong organizational skills and follow-through.
• Ability to read and apply policies and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Problem solving and practical decision making.
• Experience with MS Office and HR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding & employment processing, including I-9 and E-Verify.
• Maintain personnel records and credential renewals.
• System updates for HRIS, EMR, and related platforms.
• Guide employees/managers to corporate resources for benefits and policies.
• Support performance review tracking and administrative tasks.
• Uphold confidentiality and compliance standards.
