Job summary

Spring View Hospital in Lebanon, Kentucky, is seeking a People Services Director to lead the HR function and support patient care through strong people management.

You will develop departmental goals, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with clinical, administrative, and ethical standards. The role requires healthcare HR leadership and a bachelor’s degree. This is a full-time position with a competitive pay range and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
• HR Leadership experience within Healthcare preferred

Responsibilities

• Directs the department's activities and resources to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
• Develops and implements departmental goals, plans, and standards consistent with clinical, administrative, legal, and ethical requirements/objectives.
• Directs and evaluates departmental operations, including patient care delivery, information technologies, service level determination, and complaint management, to achieve performance and quality control objectives.
• Plans and monitors staffing activities, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions, and continuing education initiatives.
• Prepares, monitors, and evaluates departmental budgets, and ensures that the department operates in compliance with allocated funding.
• Coordinates and directs internal/external audits.
• Creates and fosters an environment that encourages professional growth.
• Ensures department stays focused on their important role in the continuum of care.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Work Schedule

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST (occasionally may have to come in for night shift, flexible)

Pay range

$109k-$125k

How You'll Contribute
