Job summary

Spring View Hospital, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks a People Services Director to lead the department and align with organizational goals. The role directs staffing, budgeting, quality and compliance across clinical and administrative areas, ensuring continuous, high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs the department's activities and resources to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
• Oversees patient care delivery, information technologies, service level determination, and complaint management to achieve performance and quality control objectives.
• Plans staffing activities, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions, and continuing education initiatives.
• Prepares, monitors, and evaluates departmental budgets, and ensures the department operates within allocated funding.
• Coordinates and directs internal/external audits.
• Creates and fosters an environment that encourages professional growth.
• Ensures department stays focused on their important role in the continuum of care.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST (occasionally may have to come in for night shift, flexible)

Pay range: $109k-$125k

How you'll contribute

The People Services Directordirects the department's activities and resources to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.

  administrative, legal, and ethical requirements/objectives of the organization.
