Job summary

Fluidstack is seeking an HR operations professional to manage onboarding, immigration sponsorship, and cross‑team coordination across offices. You will own end‑to‑end onboarding, sponsorship, and relocation processes while supporting performance management and leveling framework development.

The role emphasizes cross‑functional collaboration and process rigor to scale a fast‑growing, multi‑site organization. Equity and comprehensive benefits are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Experience owning onboarding or immigration processes end to end.
• Proven ability to handle visa or immigration cases with deadlines.
• Experience coordinating relocations with multiple vendors.
• Experience running or supporting a performance management cycle.
• Experience helping build or explain job architecture and leveling.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding execution across EE Partners, IT, and Workplace.
• Run visa and immigration sponsorship for new and current employees.
• Coordinate employee relocations across offices and countries.
• Run the performance management cycle end to end with calibration and logistics.
• Maintain and evolve the leveling and ladder framework.
