Anduril Industries is seeking a People Program Manager to own and drive key People Programs from concept to delivery in Costa Mesa, CA. You will manage end-to-end program lifecycles, partnering with leaders across the business to translate people data into actionable project plans.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing the end-to-end execution of moderately complex programs, including risk mitigation, task tracking, and stakeholder management.

  • Use qualitative and quantitative skill set to tackle complex problems with strong analytical thinking to design key analyses that influence operational decisions.
  • Build trust and credibility with senior partners, acting as the primary interface and translating complex people data into clear, actionable project plans.
  • Communicate across teams, bridging different parts of the organization, crafting compelling narratives and project updates that align stakeholders and drive positive program outcomes and alignment.

About The Job

We are looking for a Program Manager to join our rapidly growing People PM Team. From talent acquisition to compensation, you'll dive deep into our critical workflows, emerging as the directly accountable owner for key People Programs. With your strong foundation in project management, a keen understanding of data analysis, and ability to build trust across the business, you will drive program initiatives, manage risks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders across the company.

US Salary Range

$112,000 - $149,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
