Job summary

Halluminate, based in San Francisco, is seeking a People Platform Lead to own the buildout of our in-house expert network. You will shape sourcing, onboarding, training and HR processes while establishing metrics to drive engagement and scale for our RL expert community.

Collaborate with engineers and product teams to translate challenges into platform requirements, lead events, and ensure a rewarding experience for senior professionals. Comp: base $180k–$225k plus equity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in operations, talent/community platform, or marketplace supply roles.
• Document, templatize, and automate processes.
• Translate problems into product requirements with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Build systems to formalize sourcing, training, onboarding, and HR for experts.
• Productize our people platform to support 1000x scale.
• Organize community events to drive signups, engagement, and retention.
• Metrics-driven pipeline analysis and collaboration with engineers to solve bottlenecks.
• Engage with senior professionals to ensure a meaningful experience.
